Recaplica was born from an observation made at a school desk and never forgotten: almost nothing is too hard to understand — most of the time it's just explained badly.
The flash and the notebook
Our symbol is a lightning bolt striking into a book, and it's not an ornament. The flash is the moment something becomes clear; the notebook is where that clarity is kept: tidy, easy to revise, with the highlights in the right places. Recaplica is that notebook, kept in order for you.
That's why every topic follows the exact same format: learn it once and you'll find it identical on every page. The gist first, then key points, the deep dive, the myths worth debunking, the mind map, the quiz with a school-style grade and the flashcards for revision.
The newsroom
Recaps are written by the Recaplica newsroom with the help of artificial intelligence, following a proprietary method: authoritative sources consulted during writing, double independent checking before publication, and the publisher's editorial responsibility. No secrets: the method is public and you can read it in full on The method page.
If you spot an inaccuracy, write to us: correcting is as much part of the method as writing.
